Research interests

I am computational biologist working at the Wellcome Sanger Institute. A decade in research and industry contexts has fostered a strong foundation in computational biology. I’ve developed extensive experience with a variety of sequencing modality outputs, specialising in the analysis of single cell sequencing, spatial transcriptomics, and whole genome sequencing (WGS) data. From a research perspective, I am primarily interested in bioinformatic approaches to answer fundamental questions about disease vulnerabilities in complex tissues. In particular, leveraging the latest integrative approaches to model the cellular biology of pathologies with the intention of identifying tractable targets for future intervention.
